Hi my name is Adam Bradley I am one of the trainers here at IC fitness I specialize in sport specific training as well as general fitness and competition fitness shows. I also have an extensive background in nutrition and fat loss and weight management.



My name is DJ Henderson, and I’m entering my second year of being a personal trainer here at IC Fitness. Originally from Dallas, Texas, I’ve lived in 4 other states, such as Oklahoma, Michigan, Missouri, and now Ohio, which has been a pretty cool experience. I played Division 1 rugby at Lindenwood University, where I would eventually attain my Bachelors degree in Psychology. Out of all the occupations I’ve held, none have brought me the joy that I experience from helping an individual spark their own self-exploration through fitness. My training philosophy is rooted in the fundamentals of strength and functionality, but more importantly, sustainability. It’s a commitment of mine to be not only a teacher but a practitioner. Every workout provided is merely an extension of the accumulation of knowledge that I’ve attained from alike minds and so humbly implement into my own weekly practices.
